Community Circles
Community is something that feels like it has been largely forgotten in the Western culture. To be held in a community circle while you express your anger, grief, or joy can be a gift to yourself and to those holding you. I work with communities to create intentional spaces to hold each other through transformational processes. If one person in the circle is healed, that healing ripples through the entire community.
Process Groups
Process groups are designed to focus on present-moment experience that arises within the group. Usually, the dynamics you experience in your everyday relationships will manifest within the group. The group then becomes a kind of lab to identify old patterns and experiment with new ones in a safe and supportive space.
Workshops
I offer workshops on a wide range of topics, from Shadow Work, Dreamwork, Transpersonal Psychology, Body Wisdom, Parts Work, Conflict, Healthy Communication, and more. If you are interested in hosting a workshop for your organization or group, I am happy to tailor the experience to your needs.

Clinician Dream Program
This course is a primer for those who wish to incorporate dream-work into their practice. This is for clinicians who are interested in gaining experience working with dreams through various perspectives, including Jungian and Somatic approaches.
You will gain first-hand experience working with your own dreams during our in-person sessions. In between sessions, you will have access to an online closed group where you will receive more information, reflection questions, and practices to deepen your understanding of dream work.
