Systems Approach
I use a systems approach with family work. This means I look at the family as a system of interconnected parts. From this perspective, the dynamics within the system are responsible for the dis-ease within individuals, not the individuals themselves.
Working with the Whole
There is much more potency when working with a whole system versus individual parts. Working with the whole family allows us to have more of an impact on everyone in the family unit, not just a single member of the family.
Cultivating a Healthy System
No family is perfect. In our time together, we will co-create a path toward healing by identifying maladaptive dynamics and shifting them to create a deeper sense of connection within your family.
