Do you accept insurance?
I am contracted with Aetna commercial and SHP plans for individual and couples counseling. Otherwise, I am considered an out-of-network provider for other insurance plans and can provide a superbill as needed.

How much are sessions?
My current private pay rate is $135 per 50-55 min. session.

Do you have a sliding scale?
Yes - however, I have a limited number of sliding scale slots available. You can ask me more information about this during our consultation.

Do you do in person or telehealth sessions?
I offer both in-person and telehealth sessions for anyone living in the state of NC.
