Process Group
Time to tend to yourself
What is a Process Group?
Process Focus
Like the name suggests, the focus of the group is on the process of how we are relating and not necessarily the content of what is being shared. This allows us to better see otherwise invisible dynamics.
Social Microcosm
Process groups are like laboratories where we can identify and try out different ways of relating with a skilled facilitator to support us.
Present Moment
While group members may share about events that happen outside of the group, the focus of the group is on what is happening in the here and now. This focus may be different from your usual interactions with people.
